Van Flip| Ep. 9 | Cushions on a budget

In this video I show how we made our cushions on a budget and got the job done with some much needed help!! They turned out great and we can’t wait to get on the road and sleep on them!! They’re more comfortable then our own bed!!

Materials List

Fabric – Outdoor Fabric from  Jo Ann’s Fabrics. 11 Yrds Total

(We had plenty of fabric left over and ended up making 4 more extra pillows)

3″ Foam – Jo Ann’s Fabrics – Total of 5 Yds in length, heres a link if you don’t have a Jo Ann’s near you. [Mybecca] 3H x 24W x 72L HIGH DENSITY Ultra Firm Upholstery Foam Sheet for Seat Replacement, Cross-Sectional Cushion Pad, Foam Padding, Boat Seat, Benches & Auto Car Seats

Bed Foam – I had all this foam on out bed before hand, but heres a link for some I would have ordered if I needed it. Linenspa 3 inch Gel Swirl Memory Foam Topper – Queen

Tools Needed

Bread Knife – or serrated knife of some sort, works much better than a normal utility knife.

Sewing Machine – you could do it by hand but I would not recommend so, your little fingers will thank you.

Pins – Pin your fabric around the foam beforehand and then take fabric off to run through sewing machine.
